Merchandise Returns
No refund on special orders without authorization.
No refund on partial packages.
No returns after 30 days.
Must have copy of original receipt.
Must have original packaging.
All returns have a restocking charge of 10% of the value of the merchandise for any reason other than error by Altamont employees.
Insurance On Packages and Shipping information.
Shipping - We will ship by Priority Mail unless requested by a different carrier, i.e. UPS, Federal Express, or First Class Mail.
We process and ship orders in the order that we receive them. We try our best to process each order as quickly as possible.
Insurance - We do not require that you have your package insured, however, if your package is lost or damaged during transit we are not responsible for covering the cost of the loss or damage. The US Post Office has insurance available at an extra cost. UPS will automatically insure up to $100.00, but there will be a fee to cover insurance on packages above $100.00 in value.
